2) Please complete the application in full. Banking information must have complete address with phone number and a name of a bank contact that will release a credit rating via phone to our credit department. This will greatly help in the processing of your application.
3) Fax the application back to the Crystal Palace Casino credit department. The Fax number is: 1-242-327-6944
4) Once application is faxed, please allow two (2) working days for processing. Please call prior to your arrival to confirm credit approval at 1-800-431-0043.
